Protocol
Protocol will be accepted in Hospitality on Saturday from 11 am. until 2 p.m. Please have your protocol typed on 8 ½ X 11 paper, 14” Arial font. One title, one walk per person. Only titles bestowed by Empress Jose’ I, Queen Mother of the Americas - Empress Nicole, or by Empress XV Jaycie Beringer will be accepted. UCA reserves the right to edit all protocol. Protocol may be emailed in advance to UCAProtocol-owner@yahoogroups.com.

Production Entries
Awards for Outstanding In State and Out of State court entrances In Theme will be awarded at Brunch on Sunday. Entrances eligible for awards must contain a minimum of five (5) people with a five (5) minute performance time limit. Live animals, confetti, open flames, bare buttocks/breasts are strictly forbidden. Music Format is CD Only. Performance Area is 24’ x 24’.

This year’s Program will be 8.5”x11” and all ads must be camera ready including a half inch border. All ads must be submitted in one of the following formats: PDF, TIFF (300DPI), AI (ILLUSTRATOR) or JPEG (300DPI). Money orders or court checks must accompany all ads submitted. Electronic ads are encouraged and may be submitted to tigerboyangel@yahoo.com .
