Protocol
Protocol will be accepted in Hospitality on Saturday from 11 am . until 2 pm. Please have your protocol typed on 8 ½ X 11 paper, 14” Arial font. One title, one walk per person. Only titles bestowed by Empress Jose’ I, Queen Mother of the Americas - Empress Nicole, or by Regent Empress XVIII Dee Dee Davis and Regent Emperor XVIII Bobby Birchmier will be accepted. UCA reserves the right to edit all protocol. Protocol may be emailed in advance to UCAProtocol-owner@yahoogroups.com
Production Entries
Awards for Outstanding In State and Out of State court entrances In Theme will be awarded at Brunch on Sunday. Entrances eligible for awards must contain a minimum of five (5) people with a five (5) minute performance time limit. Live animals, confetti, open flames, bare buttocks/breasts are strictly forbidden. Music Format is CD Only. Performance Area is 16’ X 16’.
Awards: Best Production/Walk In Theme, Best Male In Theme, Best Female In Theme

This year’s Program will be 8.5”x11” and all ads must be camera ready including a half inch border. All ads must be submitted in one of the following formats: PDF, TIFF (300DPI), EPS, AI (ILLUSTRATOR) OR JPEG (300DPI). Money orders or court checks must accompany all ads submitted. Electronic ads are encouraged and may be submitted to UCACoronation@yahoogroups.com
